Puff Ball Clip Tutorial

Happy 1/11/11

My sister and I made these darling hair accessories that go perfect with our daughters' zebra pettiskirts.

First I covered an alligator clip with ribbon using hot glue.

I bought this feather strip in the ribbons and trim section on Joanns. You need about 8 to 10 inches.

Slowly, hot glue the feather strip into a circle.

It will look like this when you are finished.

Hot glue your clip onto the back of the puff ball.

Add a rhinestone to the front to complete the accessory.

  2. Obviously since I asked to link you and borrow a picture I love this! Thanks so much for sharing. I actually have a bit of this stuff at the bottom of my dd's dress up box fallen off some of her dress up stuff. I think I might recycle it into some of these instead of anchoring it back on her dress up clothes! :-)

  3. I made a poof like this to jazz up a black and white frame. I never thought to make it a hair clip. My nieces will love this! Thanks for the idea:)
