Changing Pad

I made this at a Super Saturday that my mom's ward did. I love it because its super soft and it can be thrown in the washing machine. I don't have a ton of information about it, because I am not an expert with sewing.

I do know that I used soft and cuddly on one side and just regular cotton on the other side. To start off my fabric was 20 inches wide and 30 inches long. I wished I had made it a touch bigger. Each piece of ribbon was 20 inches long before I sewed it on. Such a cute idea!
