Fresh Blueberry Pancakes

My mouth is watering just writing this post!

1 1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TBSP. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. white sugar
1 egg
1 C. milk
1/2 TBSP. melted butter
1/2 C. blueberries

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together. Add egg, milk and butter. Mix. Fold in blueberries. Don't mix to much or all your blueberries will get smashed. Pour batter onto griddle and cook pancakes. Enjoy!

  1. What time should I be over for breakfast?
    I never have the opportunity to make pancakes anymore. My kids & dh will not eat them. Sigh.

  2. We had pancakes for breakfast this morning too, only we had fresh blackberries on top.
