Octopus Fun

During the summer, I am always trying to keep my kids busy and having fun. After reading a book about sea animals, we made this octopus craft and snack.
My kids really enjoyed it.

To make the craft, we cut off the bottom of a paper plate and the painted the front of it. While that was drying, we cut strips of construction paper and then glued those on for the legs. Last we added googly eyes.

To make the octopus snack, we used Hostess snowball and then added chocolate chips for the eyes with a dab of frosting and used cut pieces of sour straws for the legs.
