Malibu Chicken Tin Foil Dinners

I got this recipe from Lyndi who was my swap partner on Tip Junkie! These are really good and would be a great thing to take camping this summer.

Chicken breast
Deli Sliced Ham
Swiss Cheese
Cream of Chicken Soup
Potatoes
Carrots
Butter

Pound out chicken breast. Layer ham and cheese on chicken. Roll up chicken, ham and cheese loosely. Hold with a toothpick. Put a scoop of cream of chicken soup on a piece of foil. Put chicken roll-up on foil then add another scoop of soup on roll-up. Slice potatoes and carrots to add to the roll-up. Add a dab of butter next to chicken roll-up. Fold up tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
