This is a favorite at our house. I make these at least once a week for breakfast.
1 cup juice (I usually use apple)1 banana
1 (6 oz) plain or vanilla yogurt ( I usually use vanilla)
1 cup frozen fruit (any kind you like, we love a berry mix, peach or strawberry the best)
ice (optional)
In a blender, combine all ingredients until nearly smooth. We often have to double this recipe for you whole family.
