Scalloped Chicken & Potatoes

Scalloped Chicken & Potatoes

1 box scalloped potatoes (including seasoning packet)
6 chicken tenders
3 cups water

Put potatoes in greased slow cooker first, followed by seasoning packet and chicken. Pour water over all. Cover and cook on low heat 4-5 hours.

I got this recipe out of a slow cooker cookbook. I make it all the time because it is so easy and everyone in my family likes it.

  1. Great idea! Was looking for a new way to cook up the chicken legs I have thawed. Thanks for helping with "what's for dinner tonight"! Going to put it on now. Thanks again.

  5. HELP! When you say chicken tenders, do you mean frozen kiddie type or raw adult ones. I know, I know silly question but once I say chicken tenders all I can see is the frozen dinosaur ones in my freezer.
