Scalloped Chicken & Potatoes
1 box scalloped potatoes (including seasoning packet)
6 chicken tenders
3 cups water
Put potatoes in greased slow cooker first, followed by seasoning packet and chicken. Pour water over all. Cover and cook on low heat 4-5 hours.
I got this recipe out of a slow cooker cookbook. I make it all the time because it is so easy and everyone in my family likes it.

Great idea! Was looking for a new way to cook up the chicken legs I have thawed. Thanks for helping with "what's for dinner tonight"! Going to put it on now. Thanks again.
ReplyDeleteI will have to try it. I love your southwest egg rolls and italian chicken so far!!
ReplyDeleteThank you,
Connie :)
Sounds yummy! Gonna have to try this one!
ReplyDeleteDid you mean only 3/4 cups? I made it tonight and it was so runny, and still full of water??

HELP! When you say chicken tenders, do you mean frozen kiddie type or raw adult ones. I know, I know silly question but once I say chicken tenders all I can see is the frozen dinosaur ones in my freezer.
