Italian Chicken

This is such a quick easy recipe because I just do it in the crockpot! Who doesn't love a quick recipe?

Place 8 chicken tenders in the crockpot (I just put it in frozen)

Combine in a separate bowl:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing

Pour mixture over chicken in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Serve over rice

* I usually only use about 6 oz. of cream cheese

  5. what are chicken tenders?
In Canada we would consider that breaded chicken--but I can't see any breading--do you mean chicken breasts?

  7. I use this same recipe but instead of plain cream cheese we use a flavored one i.e. chives and onion (or whatever the package says! ha ha). I LOVE IT!!!

  9. it was a hit! i failed to read all the way down to see that you min. the amount of cream cheese. i used 8oz and skipped the rice. it definitely could use white rice or egg noodles.

thanks so much for sharing. i've added it to our family/kid friendly recipes.
